White Dorper meat is lean yet very tender without a strong taste and is very easy to cook. It is like nothing we have eaten before. I read recently of a warning – Once you try our lamb, no other will do. The White Doper's muscly early maturing carcase is in high demand from restaurants and meat processors.
With the ever increasing demand for meat and the increasing cost of labour the White Dorper has a big future ahead in the meat industry White Dorper's are different to any other breed of sheep we have ever had and we like them. A lot!
